We are confident in the quality of our jewelry, which is why we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products. We offer professional service support to ensure you can enjoy your purchase for as long as possible.
Warranty Service
We provide free repairs in cases that are not the result of mechanical damage (scratches, deformations, breaks, etc.), including:
- Stone loss: within 14 days of receipt.
- Malfunctions of locks or clasps: in chains and bracelets.
- Other technical defects: that did not occur through the fault of the jewelry owner.
Cases in which we provide an exchange:
- Order error: you received an item different from the one you ordered.
- Manufacturing defect: a flaw detected that occurred during the manufacturing process.
- Size: the jewelry does not fit — we will be happy to exchange it for an identical item in a larger or smaller size.
Important Conditions
Exchanges are possible only if the jewelry has not been used, its original appearance is preserved, and the intact seal (not removed), tag, and sales receipt are present.
Items with custom engravings are not eligible for exchange or return.
Why do we not offer refunds?
We do not provide refunds for products of satisfactory quality. This is because we offer payment upon delivery: you have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the jewelry at the courier service branch before making a final decision on the purchase.
In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, jewelry products of satisfactory quality are not subject to return or exchange, as they are included in the list of goods that cannot be returned within 14 days.
