Warranty 

 

In the BALABINKA store all products are of exceptionally high quality. The legislation of Ukraine prohibits the return and exchange of jewelry. The company makes concessions and makes an exchange of goods only if a production defect is revealed. In case of mechanical damage, the exchange does not occur.

 

 

Exchange and return takes place in 2 cases:

1. You were delivered not what you ordered.

2. The goods do not arrive in proper condition, namely:

- the goods were damaged during transportation;
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.

3. Decoration for objective reasons did not suit you.

 

For warranty replacement or repair you will need:

- sales receipt (receipt in electronic form, which arrives at the post office after payment), which will indicate the date of sale;

- identity document;

- tag decoration.

The warranty does not apply to products with signs of mechanical damage and traces of interaction with chemical compounds (chlorine, iodine, mercury, etc.).

 

Here are some recommendations for the operation of silver products:

1. Store silver products in special bags or containers to prevent darkening and scratches.
2. Do not wear silver products in the pool or in chlorinated water, as this can lead to deformation and discoloration.
3. Do not stretch, clamp, squeeze the product.
